Environmental labels

Good environmental choices are important to us, so we also want to make it easy for you as a customer to make good choices when purchasing profile products. In the webshop, there are products with the "good choice" label, click on that product and see which environmental labels the product has. Then you can see one of the environmental labels below, here you can read more about what they mean.

OEKO-TEX is a symbol that shows that the final product does not contain harmful chemicals. Tests are performed only by authorized and independent laboratories. Oeko-Tex provides a guarantee that the product meets the requirements of REACH, the EU's chemical legislation.

GRS
The Recycled Claim Standard (RCS) and the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) set out the criteria for third-party certification of recycled materials and the chain of custody. The GRS includes a higher (50%) minimum percentage of recycled content and additional social and environmental requirements related to processing and chemical use.">Environmental labels

NEUTRAL® RESPONSIBILITY

YOUR GUARANTEE THAT NEUTRAL PRODUCTION FACILITIES ARE POWERED BY RENEWABLE ENERGY.

Renewable energy drives Neutral® production. In this way, producing Neutral® clothing contributes to cleaner environments and combats climate change. In times of surplus, energy that is not needed for production is routed to local networks.

RENEWABLE ENERGY
Using wind instead of conventional energy to power our production facilities reduces CO2 and benefits both the local and global climate.

SOLAR PANELS
Just like wind, the sun is a renewable energy source with minimal impact on the environment. That is why solar panels are connected and provide our production facilities with power as well.

CLOSING THE ENERGY GAP
When the wind turbines and solar panels produce more energy than is needed at our production facilities - the surplus is directed to local energy networks.

SA 8000

The standard contains transparent, measurable and verifiable requirements to implement and certify the company's performance in nine key areas:

  • Health and Safety: Companies must meet basic standards for a safe and healthy work environment, including potable water, toilets, applicable safety equipment and necessary training.
  • Freedom of Association and the Right to Collective Bargaining: Protects the right of workers to form and join unions and to bargain collectively without fear of reprisals.
  • Discrimination: No discrimination based on race, caste, national origin, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, trade union membership or political affiliation.
  • Disciplinary Methods: Prohibits corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, and verbal abuse of employees.
  • Working hours: Working hours: Maximum 48 hour work week, with at least one day off per week and a cap of 12 hours of overtime per week which is compensated with a premium.

EU ecolabel
The EU Ecolabel is a world-renowned, voluntary program that promotes goods and services that clearly demonstrate environmental excellence, based on standardized processes and scientific evidence. How the EU Ecolabel works can be seen from the official regulation of the European Parliament and the Council. It is managed by the European Commission and the Member States in accordance with the priorities of the EU Ecolabel Strategic Work Plan. The EU Ecolabel is the only EU-wide ISO 14024 type I ecolabelling system. It is recognized throughout Europe, it is multi-criteria and addresses the main environmental impact of products throughout their life cycle, from extraction of raw materials to disposal. The EU Ecolabel is third-party verified, which means that independent experts are responsible for checking that the EU Ecolabel criteria are followed.
